Port Douglas

Port Douglas is a resort town in Tropical Far North Queensland. It is popular as a beach holiday destination and as a departure point for visiting the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree National Park. Port Douglas is on the Coral Sea in the tropical far north of Queensland, Australia.  Its main street, Macrossan Street is home to many restaurants, bars and boutique shops along with essentials such as Cole’s supermarket and Target. Four Mile Beach is popular with holiday makers and curves south, lapped by the Coral Sea.
