We are essentially a travelling with kids blog, for that is what we do. Our kids are now tweens so not little kids any more, but in their short lifetimes they’ve been to almost 50 countries. We started when they were babies, taking holidays or vacations in Australia, Thailand, London, the USA and European destinations, today we travel with them full-time. We support ourselves financially with online earnings, leaving us free to travel the globe and take them to the learning, the fun and the adventure. This travelling with kids page holds a round-up of all our travel with kids tips, trips and destinations. Jump straight to the post you need by clicking the images below.

Travelling With Kids: Destinations
Destinations with kids from every continent bar Antarctica. One day we’ll go there too! Our areas of specialisation are Sri Lanka, London ( our home), Australia ( our other home), Romania ( you guessed it, another home) and Thailand, but we’ve visited over 50 countries now, not all with the kids, but I’m sure you can find something to interest you below.
If you want more countries or destinations, rather than just “xyz with kids” posts.
You need our Places & Destinations Page.
For you, for Pinterest.
Travelling With Kids: Gear
You don’t need a whole heap of gear to travel with kids, unless, of course, you’re talking about babies in which case going on holiday is almost like moving house! I will never tell you to buy gear you don’t need, but there are a few essentials and things that it’s just nice to have to make travelling with kids easier on everyone. Whatever you do, don’t forget the special bears or blankies!
Travelling With Kids: Health and Wellbeing
Keeping them safe on the road is every parent’s number 1 concern. As a mum of kids who have been just about everywhere, including India, I can help ease your stress I hope. It’s really not so bad and the world isn’t out to get you.
Travelling with kids really isn’t the big deal some make it out to be. The world, on the whole, is populated by people who love kids, they’ll look out for them and help you keep them safe. You may need a little more gear, a little more preparation and a little more patience to travel with your children, but it’s entirely do-able and potentially hugely enjoyable. We made the video below. Why we travel with our kids.
